The Youth Arts sector is as diverse as it is creative, cutting across many other sectors within the arts and youth arenas. There is, as a result really no such thing as a ‘set-in-stone’ career path in the youth arts world.
People may approach youth arts from many different directions – they may be coming from an arts background or a youth-work background, they may be coming from an education background, local government, health, criminal justice and many more…
