Tony is a qualified trainer, youth worker, and counsellor.  He has over 2 decades experience, of working with diverse client groups with complex needs, in areas such as mental health, teenage-parenthood, and youth homelessness. His youth arts training experience includes designing, delivering, and evaluating courses to community artists and tutors covering the fundamental concepts and best practice to enable the community artist to gain the confidence, skills, and knowledge to work with disaffected young people safely and effectively. He has also delivered a range of youth arts related courses as a trainer for Artswork’s hub4 project.

Tony values diversity and is committed to working towards equality in the conception, design, delivery, and evaluation of all his training services. He strives to make his courses a fun and meaningful experience, by using a variety of creative training methods. He combines all of his experiences with humour, insight, and passion. Tony also regularly attends training as part of his professional development.
