Partnership Working and Youth Arts

4th December 08, 10 am- 4.15 pm, Warwickshire Association of Youth Clubs, Leamington Spa

We are being encouraged to work together with other organisations that have different and sometimes complementary agendas. How can youth arts projects help to knit these partnerships together? This one day workshop shares practical techniques and approaches to working in partnerships with other organisations and individuals in order to achieve a successful youth arts project or event. Looking at the benefits of where, when and how to find the right partner, this session will offer a simple structure for both working in and developing your partnerships. Using an interactive approach to explore issues such as defining roles and setting realistic targets, this course will also cover troubleshooting for problem areas, including when and how to bow out gracefully if partnerships aren’t working.

For full course information and to request a booking form, please contact the Artsplan Development Manager direct.
