Fateha Begum, Artsplan Trainer
Fateha is a freelance Drama facilitator working across Birmingham in schools, youth work and community settings.
Fateha has extensive experience in working with the South Asian community, and many of her projects are presented bi-lingually, to allow access to the arts for diverse audiences and participants. Coming from a minority community, she is aware of the issues and challenges faced by both youth arts practitioners and participants when trying to work with diverse cultural groups.
Using drama as a tool for self expression, Fateha is currently working with teachers to deliver parts of the curriculum by implementing drama strategies within subject areas.
