Lisa Gardner
The Champions Regional Co-Ordinator South East
Lisa works two days a week with Artswork as The Champions Regional Co-ordinator for the South East. Lisa qualified with an FDA in Photographic studies from Bournemouth Arts Institute, in 2004, progressing to work in Photographic production on various fashion and advertising shoots.
Lisa was introduced to the exciting world of youth arts in 2006, when she began supporting Artswork as a volunteer ENYAN Ambassador. Subsequently, she became an Artswork intern, before progressing to the role of Projects assistant. In 2008 Lisa also became the hub4 Creative Mentor for Southampton and after an 8 month period of travel overseas is delighted to be back at Artswork working with The Champions.
Art is Lisa’s first love and her time is shared between youth arts at Artswork and producing her own work. Lisa is a commissioned artist specialising in Illustration, resulting in international exhibitions. Excitingly Lisa’s first Children’s Picture book is set to be published in 2010.
Lisa has undertaken the Artsplan courses, Creating Safety, Creative Facilitation and completed the Youth Arts Project Management course in 2007
