Karl joined Artswork at the end of February 2011, through the Future Jobs Fund. His position is Finance & Admin Assistant. His role is to assist Sarah, the Finance Manager, with the running of Artswork’s finances. He also assists Rachel, the Artsplan Programme Manager, by carrying out administration tasks for Artsplan, and he also helps Miranda on the Future Jobs Fund Project.

Karl left school with 8 GCSE’s and went on to complete a Modern Apprenticeship at Whitefriars Housing Office in Coventry, at which he obtained an NVQ 2 in Business Administration. He then went on to complete his NVQ 3 in the same subject at Morgan Est, a Civil Engineering company in Rugby, where he was employed as an Assistant Design Co-ordinator. He worked at Morgan Est for over four years until leaving the company in the summer of 2010 to relocate to Southampton. Karl has a strong interest in music and photography.
