Caroline Brader is currently the National Manager for the UFA, a national education charity.
Caroline has worked within the field of youth and community arts for 10 years with experience ranging from project management and development to facilitation and training. Beginning life as a drama facilitator, Caroline has gone onto develop and deliver drama and music projects work with a diverse range of youth groups including young people at risk of exclusion and young people with learning disabilities.
Caroline has previously worked for Octagon Bolton, Imitating the Dog Theatre Company, Blah, Blah, Blah, The Old Town Hall Theatre (Dacorum Borough Council), Derbyshire County Council and Wise Moves Dance. This work has enabled her to experience partnership with Statutory and Voluntary agencies ranging from Schools, Youth Service, the NHS, Local authorities, YMCA, and a variety of artists and theatre companies.
