This was a unique learning programme for young people lead by Strong Ideas Ltd and in association with New Theatre Royal, Portsmouth which provided young people with the opportunity to experience a wide range of theatre-making roles and will provide practical experience of a range of technical, administrative and production roles combined with embedded delivery of key skills in literacy, numeracy and ICT. 

A training programme was developed that provided young people aged 16 – 25 with a practical, intensive work-based learning experience culminating in the production of a short theatre piece aimed at very young children.
