What We Do
Our employability programmes
We deliver creative skills programmes, internships and apprenticeships to provide young people with the opportunity to gain skills, confidence and practical experience in their local arts, culture and heritage organisations. Through these programmes, we aim to increase access and broaden the horizons of young people whilst diversifying our creative and cultural workforce.

Our work with education settings
From 2013 - 2023, we used valuable tools including Artsmark and Arts Awards to provide support to schools and education settings. Although we are no longer an Artsmark provider, our resources are still available to access here.
